Ten easy ways to save the planet.
1. I switch off the light when I leave a room.
2. I switch off TV´s, DVD players and PC´s. I don´t leave them on standby.
3. I never leave the fridge door open.
4. I have a quick warm shower, not a long hot one.
5. I turn off the tap when I´m cleaning my teeth.
6. I recycle bottles, paper and plastic.
7. Turn down central heating or air condictioning.
8. Only use dishwashers and washing machines when they are arefull.
9. Use low-energy light.
10. Use cars less, use public transport more often, walk and cycle more.

Fernando de los Ríos Urruti( Born in Malaga, on December 8 of 1879-New York, on May 31, 1949)was a politician, leader and socialitist Spanish ideologist.
1927 and 1929 as representative of the Great Regional Lodge of the Midday in the successive annual assemblies of the GreatSpanish East.
In 1923 is chosen again delegated to Spanish Parliament, in this occasion for the circumscription of Madrid.
From 1926 it belonged to the Freemasonry, member to the lodge Alhambra of Granada, of the Great Spanish East, adopting as symbolic name Jugan.
Fernando de los Ríos also had an out-standing protagonism in the debate of the articles about religion, family and education celebrated between 8 and October 13.
